Kealakekua Bay Bed and Breakfast serves a treasure trove of culinary delights. We use only the finest ingredients and highest quality fruits and vegetables in each meal. Innkeeper Emily Peacock collaborates with well-known local chefs to create seasonal menus that will both delight your taste buds and satisfy your hunger.

Menu for Spring 2010:

Hawaiian sweet potato and heirloom tomato Napoleons’ with Puna goat cheese and balsamic vinegar reduction.

Coconut and apple banana pancakes with macadamia nut and fresh fruit compote.

Vegetable herb quiche with organic mixed green salad and rosemary bread.

The spring menu was created with the help of a well-known local area chef Kalani Smith. Kalani is a highly trained chef who graduated from California Culinary Academy and has worked for both large hotels and high profile clients like First Lady of the United States Betty Ford. When he is not in the kitchen Kalani can be found surfing or diving in Hawaii's amazing waters.
